At Webber Naturals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that if your new look isn't a perfect fit, getting a refund or exchange is effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
